This project was secured via a competitive tender and let under a JCT Design and Build Contract 2011, with novated Architects and Structural Engineers.
The works consisted of the design and construction 10No.bungalows and chalets together with associated external works (including parking, planting, landscaping, fencing, and private driveways), services, drainage, sewers, and works to the adoptable road and footpath.

These dwellings are constructed for private sale and are finished to the highest standard and have high quality fixings and fixtures.
