Since the mid 1970's ENS Suiter & Sons have worked tirelessly to provide the best quality construction within the region. From our humble beginnings of extensions all the way to the present day where we work with our clients to construct large scale commercial developments to bespoke individual houses.
This role is suitable for someone who is able to undertake various tasks within residential properties during maintenance period (excluding electrical and plumbing work), and is confident to liaise with home owners and sub-contractors to arrange work and time slots.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organised, conscientious and able to work in a tidy methodical fashion. They will be supported by an established and experienced team.

All employees receive adequate and effective training and instruction and all contractors must adhere to our strict Health & Safety rules.
We promote a positive safety culture through a focus on people and their behaviours: common sense, site awareness and the correct training are vital. We liaise with sites constantly and carry out regular unannounced checks - using an external Health & Safety professional - to ensure that people on site are looked after correctly. These visits also raise any concerns and alert us to potential incidents, giving us the opportunity to train and educate on other sites before a possible situation can even arise.
