This project was secured via a competitive tender and let under a JCT Design and Build Contract 2018.
The works consist of the design and construction 90Nr residential units incorporating apartments, semi and detached housing, together with associated external works (including parking, planting, landscaping, fencing, and private drives), services, drainage, sewers, and works to the adoptable road and footpath over three phases.
The development comprisesprivate and affordable dwellings. All the dwellings will befinished to the highest standard with high quality fixings and fixtures.
